Texas Concrete & Materials is the ready mix concrete provider for Wheeler Companies. We operate seven plant locations in and around Austin.  With a fleet of nearly one hundred mixer trucks, Texas Concrete provides concrete ranging from house slabs to high-rises in addition to civil work for the City of Austin, TxDOT, FHWA, FAA and the Army Corps of Engineers.
