APAC Texas-Wheeler Companies entered 2010 as the union of three of the Central Texas leaders in the asphalt and concrete industry. The roots of APAC Wheeler span three decades in asphalt paving and maintenance in the former company Wheeler Coatings Asphalt. That, combined with the remarkably solid reputations of Texas Concrete & Materials and Ironhorse Asphalt, now serve Central Texas in a more efficient and cost effective way.
